SHINE DAY 2019 RECAP

Shine Day 2019 has come and gone and the fourth year of our annual event did not disappoint! We deployed our ever-popular gold briefcases to 19 cities across the United States including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC.

Our partners hooked us up with vitamins from Cannassist (@trycannassist), cannabis greeting cards from Kush Kards (@kushkards), CBD sodas from Sprig (@sprigsoda) and CBD gummies from Sunday Scaries (@sundayscaries).

In addition to multiple city-wide scavenger hunts, this year we hosted our first-ever Shine Day pop-up event. We took over famed Los Angeles dispensary, LA Kush, for the night and made it our own.

The wonderfully talented creative roller, Weavers (@weavers_), was in the house rolling up custom “Shine” logo pieces, while artist Jared Ryan Shaw (@coffeeandchronic) was on-site customizing Shine apparel as one-of-a-kind pieces which will be available for purchase on our site in the near future.

And, of course, we had models. But not just any models. Gold models. Models kissed by the touch of King Midas himself. Would you have expected anything less?
